Meraki Method
The Fine Print

Cancellation/ No-Show Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. We have reserved this time especially for you. We do understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule. We do ask that you please give us at least a 48 hour notice, this continues to give us the best possible scheduling options for all our guests. Failure to cancel your appointment within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee of your scheduled service. Failure to give any notice will result in a 100% fee of your scheduled appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

We value your time and our time. To ensure every guest receives the full experience they deserve, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and incur a last minute reschedule fee of $25.00 before you are able to reschedule any future appointments.

Re-Do Policy

We strive to offer all guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges or are unsatisfied with the service you received, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. All re-do's must be scheduled and completed withing 17 days of your original service. We will discuss what you are unsatisfied with, if you are simply looking for a different result than what was agreed upon in the consultation, we are happy to quote you a refinement rate, which will allow us to shift your look based on your new goals.  

Return Policy

Should you make a Retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase. Retail purchase refunds are not available. We are happy to exchange your purchased product for another product of equal or lesser value that we believe is better suited to meet your needs and goals.

Refund Policy

Each service and product at Salon Meraki is a reflection of our artistry and dedication. For this reason, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided on hair services or retail items. If your results do not meet expectations, we kindly invite you to contact us within 7 days to discuss adjustment options.

Children/ Other Guests Policy

We truly love seeing your little ones and your friends, but your appointment time at Salon Meraki is all about you! For everyone's comfort and safety, please arrange childcare and avoid bringing any extra guests. We want you to enjoy your visit distraction-free and fully pampered.

Color Formula Policy

All color formulations created at Salon Meraki are the intellectual property of the salon. These formulas are custom designed for each guest and remain the property of Salon Meraki. They cannot be released or transferred to another stylist or salon. 

Personal Belongings Policy

While we do our best to provide a comfortable and secure environment, Salon Meraki cannot be held responsible for personal items that are lost, damaged, or stolen. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
